Booth Information
The Autauga County Fair Organization wishes to extend an invitation to you to join us as an exhibitor at the next Autauga County Fair Event. The fair events will begin on a Tuesday and finish on a Saturday. This will give the public five days to view all exhibits, enjoy family time, and feast on cotton candy, hotdogs, and funnel cakes.
We look forward to receiving your registration form, as space is available. Please remember that spaces are filled
on a first come first serve basis, upon receipt of your exhibitor registration form (via US Mail only). Due to the demand for spaces, we do not take email or phone registration. We hope that you will consider joining us for an opportunity to showcase your club, organization or business.
lf your organization, club or business is selected to be an exhibitor, a confirmation email will be sent to the email
address listed on the registration form within 24 hours of receiving the form. Exhibits can be set up the weekend before the fair on Friday from 4pm to 8pm and Saturday between the hours of 9 a.m. -3:00 p.m. All exhibits must be removed on Sunday following the fair event week between the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 3:00p.m.
We believe, the Autauga County Fair Organization puts on one of the BEST county fairs and events in the state! The fair's success can be attributed to the hard work of volunteers, entertainers, and exhibitors like you. We're excited about the opportunity to showcase the accomplishments of the citizens of Autauga County and we hope that you will mark your calendar and make plans to join us at the next Autauga County Fair Event!

Booth Promotion: Apple iPAD Mini Giveaway!
A commercial vendor promotion we are holding is the Apple iPAD Mini giveaway. This is how it works.
Fairgoers can pick up a free "passport" at the Gene and Virginia Hall building for commerical vendors and ask all the booth's on their passport to "stamp" their passport. Once they have visited each booth and their passport is full...they turn in for the Saturday evening drawing for an Apple iPAD Mini.
To enter the drawing fairgoers must go to each booth participant for their stamp to be included in their passport. The passport must be completely finished, their registration information included and turned in to particpate in the drawing Saturday night.
One Apple iPAD Mini will be given away to an eligible receipient on Saturday Night. They do NOT have to be present to win. They will be contacted with the information on their "passport" submission.
